But that’s how we think it should go because we’re about to launch our summer edition of the 10 in 4 Challenge and, ladies, it’s going to be just like the summer sun … hot, hot, hot!
Especially if your definition of “hot” isn’t about what you look like at all, but is about feeling good and healthy inside and out — because that’s what the 10 in 4 Challenge is all about. It’s our weight-loss with self love program that helps you to find your healthy jam with a group of like-minded women (plus us and Dave Smith as your personal coaches!) who have the same goal.
We offer the 10 in 4 Challenge year-round, but we pick a few key times a year to get a big group together so that the experience is extra awesome. And now is one of those times! If you want to do this summer edition of the 10 in 4 Challenge, be sure to sign up by June 15 to get all your materials before we begin. The official challenge will kick off on June 18 — and whether you’re looking to adopt a healthy lifestyle without dieting or fine-tune your habits for better results, it’s the program for you!
